This one-day workshop empowers refugees and low-income Peruvians with practical skills in food preparation and entrepreneurship. Your donation equips a participant with the tools, ingredients, and support needed to prepare affordable meals, learn safe packaging and handling, and explore basic strategies to sell what they make — all within a supportive and dignified environment.
