Description:
This intensive three-day workshop is not a traditional culinary course, but a survival tool designed to help vulnerable people generate income in a dignified, safe, and legal manner.
Taught by a professional chef, the program teaches how to prepare food hygienically, how to meet minimum safety standards for retail sales, and how to present and package products attractively. The goal is clear: to help participants transform from informal hustlers into street vendors with a purpose and a future.
Upon completion, participants will be able to prepare and sell one or two simple, popular, and profitable food products (e.g., empanadas, fried rice, soups) while complying with basic standards that would facilitate eventual municipal approval.
